Abstract
This Model Certificate Policy (CP) is the final in a series of analyses to develop a possible roadmap for the deployment of a nationally coordinated SCMS for connected vehicles in Canada. The CP should be read in the context of the two other reports: 1. Requirements Analysis Report, which identified stakeholder requirements for the deployment of the SCMS in Canada; and, 2. Options Analysis Report, which identified governance and operational options to meet the stakeholder requirements and explore security, privacy, interoperability, sovereignty, and accessibility features of various deployment scenarios.
