Examen de la prochaine génération de technologies de communication pour les transports
Abstract
Canada’s road transportation system will be increasingly reliant on Information and Communications Technologies (ICT), to provide safety and mobility benefits to road users. The integration of vehicular communication technologies into the on-road transportation domain is creating new demands on regulators at all levels of government to find practical and efficient spectrum management and policy models that ensure the consistent and reliable uptake and deployment of these new and emerging technologies. The objective of the study is to summarize the state of development for Dedicated Short Range Communications (DSRC), 5G New Radio (5G NR), Cellular vehicle-to-everything (C-V2X) and 5G.
